I think I would mainly just try to keep him jolly. Whatever that took, it would be worth it as I doubt he's gonna be much fun as the Furious Green Giant.

hmmm, thats a toughy.
it would be hard to fit him in skis, in bowling apparel, or a nice tux. he would enjoy a concert, but who wouldnt?
i would ask him very nicely to change all the lightbulbs and the batteries in the smoke detector in my house.

Hook him up with the incredible Hulk cause deep inside they're really gay. Not that it bothers me, but I can't see an average person dating the Green Giant. Straight or gay.

I would sit on his Jolly Green knee and allow him to tell me stories about whatever vegetable kingdom he comes from.
