It is a number that comes before 24 and after 22 so that being said its, mearly a number. Nothing more nothing less... Sep a movie that is coming out on the 23 and its with Jim Carry and when you divide it by 3 it becomes .666....something that movie producers thought up to scare the average joe...Not me cuz I won't be seeing that trash!
