I have to be very, very careful on this one as anger is my major fault. My anger is a terrible weakness and I can throw it at people I love and those I do not get on with. I have to throw diplomacy into work and social situations by using white glove, smiley scenarios instead of head banging and shouting as I would prefer. I am often frustrated and my poor family take the brunt of my shouting and temper release.

I suppose it is. If anger is bottled up and an issue is not resolved, then the anger 'festers' and becomes hatred. It depends on what you do with the anger. If you do something like rant and rave and get it out of your system in a non harmful way, and let it go- then thats healthy. If you stew on something without resolving it and it turns into a big issue, then its time to get some help with it.

Sure it's possible. Anger and hate are both used to cover up hurt feelings.

Yes it is so the best thing to do is to get rid of your anger before you get to the point of hate.

Yes...definitely. Especially if the issue that caused the anger is not resolved and the person who caused the anger doesn't aknowledge your feelings.

Anger ought to turn to outrage. Once hate arrives, irrational thinking and, therefore, actions, create much more serious problems.

OHHH yes!!! very possible actually I think it happens very often. It's difficult to draw a line sometimes. It's happened to me once or twice. although I suppose it differs from person to person. Some people might just dislike someone where someone else might hate that same person for the same thing....

Probably is possible but I don't hate those that make me angry. Normally what I say to them is "yeah what ever" and go along my way. I don't want to waste my time hating what I have no control over.
