Claimed he went into retirement BUT lived longer than he thought so he started writing again ... a bit like Art Buchwald. :-D
One of his latest "Man Without a Country" is a long, long, long rant. Unfortunately tedious.

I think he quit writing a few years ago. something about being disgusted with modern culture and it's lack of reading for anything other than whats required for school or work .
