10 photos per pack

she uses 2 packs so you have 10 x 2 ---- 10photos x 2 packs = 20 photos. then she takes one more photo

20photos + 1photo = 21photos

There are 10 photos per pack of film, and Meg has used 2 full packs. So, you multiply 10 and 2, and you get 20. Meg also took 1 more photo, therefore you have to add 1. Now you get 21.

There you go. Hope I helped. Good luck!

since 1 pack of film is enough for 10 photos, 2 packs of film are enough for 20 as illustrated by this proportion:
1/10 = 2/x
cross multiplication: 10 times 2= 20
20/1= 20
x=20
She takes one more photo so you just add 1 to 20:
20+1=21
or, you can simly multiply 10 by 2 and get 20 add 1 and thre you have your answer.

Well if she can take 10 pictures with 1 pack then that means 20 with 2 packs. But she cant take 1 more picture becasue she used up all her film packs. But in total she took 21 pictures but since the 2 packs were full she couldnt take another so that leaves us with 20 pictures.
