This is the only type of exercise I can tolerate. I'm agoraphobic, so something I could do at home would be great. But if I am motivated (not by exercise, but by dancing) I'd leave the house. I like doing DDR. I used to be a disco queen and absolutely loved it!

How about the most fun purely recreational dance?

try bellydancing it burns calories like melting ice cream mmm..... trust me i belly dance

YEa, Disco was great! Now days, the best dancing for excecise that I know of, is Country Western Line Dancing.

Try Belly dancing, is really fun and it is good way to exercise.
i am belly dancer i lose about 3 pound every week.
But you have to dance at least everyday and for 20- 30 minutes.

duranguense,zapateado like the sinaloense...anything that makes you want to dance...i go dancing every weekend and dancing that kind of music is a workout .
