Change is an inevitable part of life. At the cellular level, every cell in every body is constantly in a state of breakdown and repair. Some cells, skin, for instance, are sloughed an a regular basis. So we all achange every day. Yet, at another level, changes in our behaviours and emotions are more subtle, and some people never seem to change. Maturation may be slow or fast. Some individuals seem to grow up over night, to be adults at age twelve. If you met them at age twenty, and saw them again at age thirty, you might say they have not changed a bit. Others never seem to grow up. Yet, by age 60, they may be quite different than at age 20. There is an old cliche that goes something like this; "My father used to be really dumb, but as I grew up, he has gotten smarter." As the observer ages, their perspective changes, even as the object of their observation changes. The short answer is, "yes, everyone changes over time."
