Good idea, with all the new rules to break they need more room for us all, pretty soon there will only be a handful of us on the outside so all spaces are valuable. The ones on the outside will be the serious offenders as the Crown Prosecution always seem to come up with not enough evidence!!!!!

Very bad idea, the prisons are like holidays camps as it is, next they'll be sending them to the Caribbean for stress free packages, idiotic man needs a brain transplant.

I think it is a bit of a hassle, why don't they just send all the convicts that are from the UK, but convicted elsewhere, to the UK, from this day on, rather then trying to bring all the ones from the UK who were arrested in other countries from past arrests. It seems to be more trouble then it is worth. :)
