Nope. I unleash them every chance I get. When I get home from somewhere, it's usually the first thing to go (I call bras "harnesses").

But if you're so worried about sagging and the bra doesn't bother you too much, wear it all you want. I'm not going to say anything!

In the shower and in the bed? No. I take a shower to get clean, and that would be hard to do properly with clothes on. In bed, they aren't subject to gravity and impact from walking, so there's no reason to wear a bra in bed - besides, it gives the skin a chance to breathe and recover from the restrictive material so it doesn't get irritated and rashy.

The rest of the time? Yes. Breast sagging is usually a result of the Cooper's ligament which holds the breast up being stretched from the weight of the breast pulling on it, so wearing a good supportive bra when you're up & moving around should help to prevent sagging, somewhat - though some sagging is an inevitable result of ageing, hormonal changes, and having children.

Outside the US many women don't wear bras at all. Only in the US are people so obsessed with breasts.

Taking a bra off for a 20 minute shower every day won't lead to sagging, hun. I sleep with mine on, but not to prevent sagging. As women they sag, no matter what, its inevitable. My grandma used to say "take your bra off for a little while and let them breathe" haha

IN THE SHOWER?!? are you crazy? I mean, sometimes I might wear one to bed, but it's not like a bra is actually part of your body. It's an article of clothing (undergarment) and just like your shirt, it's supposed to come off when you shower.

you are not supposed to wear a bra in the shower. and you shouldnt wear one while sleeping. studies have found that too much bra wear can cause breast cancer since it cuts blood circulation. i would just wear one when your going out but take it off before a shower and before sleeping.

No,No,and No you can not prevent sagging by wearing a bra all the time unless you get surgery on them to always have them lifted.

Not in the shower, but when I was pregnant with my kids, I did 24/7...except when bathing. It worked. I breast fed them and as you know breasts that are heavy with milk need extra support...so I gave it to them. I have a great figure as a result.

Don't be paranoic about sagging. A 24/7 use is not very heathy, your blood need to flow.

And at sleep you don't need a bra, unless you sleep standing up.
