An Internet browser is the software on your computer that you use to view web pages on the world wide web. For example if you want to go to a web page that is titled entertheconference.com you would type in www.entertheconference.com and it takes you there.
If you look on your desktop and you have a small e that is Internet explorer and thats a web browser. When you open it up there will be a slot where you type in web site addresses.
Like the one I typed up there.
There are many free web browsers you can use to view web pages on the internet. Go to www.download.com and see all the software

Most people have internet explorer or Mozzilla Firefox
Check up on the blue bar at the top of your screen.
It should say Yahoo answers - (internet browser)

go here: http://www.freewebs.com/whosdadog/ look at the small white box at the top, and it will tell you what browser you are using.
