I am absolutely crazy for the dipping sauces at the Melting
Pot. I would love to duplicate their Curry Yogurt sauce in particular. Does anyone know how they make this sauce?

I have asked our regular waitress there and she inquired in the kitchen and they would not allow her to give us the "recipe".

Call and ask. Some places will share receipes every so often. Or you could search for it, make it a couple of times varying some of the spices until you like it.

They probably come pre-packaged. The "recipe" is probably only known by the people at the food manufacturing plant.

have you tried an online search? some sites offer recipes of well known restaurants.
