The richest city that I have exerienced is Dubai, U.A.E. People like Tiger Woods and many actors and actresses spend a lot of time there. Nobody from there works. All labor is imported from Europe and Asia. There are places there that would amaze the best of men. I think that you have to have money or invest there to live there.

I think its Hershey, PA - I lived there for 2 years, and was told this was true because of the worth of the Chocolate Empires' holdings.
