I just purchased a new car and it is making a chirping noise sounds like comming from the upper vent area?

Alternators will make that "chirping noise", but you should also hear it under your hood.

sounds like the fan motor.they'll do that when its cold even when there's nothing wrong with them. but it could be the berrings.

If its new you should have a warranty, take it to the dealership to get it fixed.
