*what brand is better to clean off? = the non-waterproof ones.

*which eye liner is more expensive? = The good ones.

*are eye liner's that are cheap better? = well obviously if they are cheaper they're most probably not better, but some of them are stil good.

*do they test eye liner on animals? = some of them.

*do people make waterproof eyeline? = yep!

*why do people enjoy eye liner? = its so simple to put on, but it make such a big difference to the way you look.

*how much are eye liners? cheapest i've bought was a simple one for about a pound, the most expensive was a "wet n dry" one which was about 5 pound.

*are eye liner's healthy? = some cheap ones may damage your eyes, especially liquid eyeliners.

* what damage can eye liners cause? = dnno, maybe an allergic reaction caused by one of the products in them.

I love eyeliner, I match my eyeliner to my clothes sometimes but I usually wear black. I love liquid, Maybeline eye express (blue and gold bottle) awesome for beginners the tip is a little hard and very pointy to get it exactly the way you desire. I've used cheap eyeliners and some are good but some peel before you're ready for it to. I do sometimes use pencil eyeliners, usually white and whatever other color I use I blend them. I apply white first then the other color thinly on the root of the lashes and it blends so nicely and lasts all day, but usually for the bottom of the eye.

health side effects can be if you share your eyeliner, especially oen you use for your inner lids bit, it can spread eye infections such as conjunctive-itis. people enjoy eyeliner because its is incredibly amusing to put on in the car and because it comes in so many colours, and because it enhances size and shape of eyes.
I dont think brand really matters, i depends on what you indeed to use the eyeliner for. some are soft others are hard, depends what you're looking for.

yes they do, lancome has great waterproof eyeliners. mac is good but not as great
because it accentuates their eyes, and yes makes them look a lot hotter

Eyeliner makes your features seem darker (especially your eyes...duh). That's why most people like it, I barely use eyeliner though.
