Always remain a kid at heart; that keeps you young. But at the same time, always be mature and responsible.
And, of course, if your referring to wearing diapers and such, I say "nay nay".

In certain situations... On the job: No. At home with friends/family: why not?! I'm 25 and a mom and can't make it through my day without acting a little juvenile

If you ask me... which, in a way, you just did... I would say... You should always act like a little kid... people like that are always so much easier to get along with... they bring out your inner immatures, and you can be crazy and fun around them... you can just be yourself... So don't worry about it! I think it's awesome!

If that is who you are then yes, it is ok. There isn't a manual that I know of that says when you reach a certain age you have to act all stuffy and decrepit. Be who you are and enjoy life.

It depends.
If you mean shirking your responsibilities and relying on everyone else to put food on your table, then no.
If it means enjoying a stupid movie, then that's fine.
