I suggest not buying anything that will go with it. If you already have stuff that will go with it just try to hide it, I bet if you suffer through wearing it once or twice he will forget all about it. Or you could be honest with him and say that his taste sucks. I wouldn't suggest that though.

Wear it!
Who the hell do you think you are? Your husband spent time MAKING something for you and you've got a problem with it. You are an ungrateful, selfish brat. Your husband can do a lot better. Why don't you consider showing your husband some respect and appreciation? And you call yourself a wife.

Uh..why can you certainly not wear it?? Do you know how many women spend lonely nights hoping for someone to make them terrible breakfasts, homely jewelry, or give lousy massages?
Be grateful that he got you anything, be grateful that he wanted to make it for you, and be grateful that he loves you. Wear the necklace...you're not 13, there's no need to try to be 'cool'!

I don't know how it can be so awful,he should know your style!!!just don't wear it,and if he will ask why ,explain him what you like and what you don't like.Walk little bit with him and show in window shops different things you like maybe he will understand and buy you something better next time!

So, he took the time to make you something, and you don't like it. Wow, and tomorrow there will be a complaint about him not being romantic.
Wear it every once in a while. At least he took the time to do something for you.
Believe me, I used to make a lot of effort to do things for my ex, and it was never appreciated. So, I just stopped. Why waste my time. Notice I referred to her as my ex.

once a month, take it out and wear it proudly. it was very sweet of your husband to make something for you. everytime someone looks at it, say "my husband made this for me for valentines, isn't he a sweetie!!"
then, next year make sure you give him some better ideas.

It's the thought that counts. My wife would tell me she doesn't like it but that's just her. Just wear it around the house for him.
