My fiancee has suffered with abdominal pain and bloating and was diagnosed by her GP with IBS. Try some digestive enzymes,
acidophilus
papaya
pineapple

As with any illness,id start by looking at your diet.Are there any foods that seem to trigger the symptoms?wheat is a common culprit which a lot of foods contain, and cows milk is another.Try to avoid coffee, and drink camomile tea or peppermint tea or fresh ginger in hot water.Also try natural yogurt, or probiotic drinks,like actimel to even out the balance of bacteria in the gut.

Lavender and Peppermint essential aromatherapy oils mixed in with grapeseed carrier oil - massaged clockwise on the abdomen as that is the way the digestive system works.
10 drops of each oil with 20 ML grapeseed.

relaxation techniques can help - maybe taking up yoga? or you could get some relaxation cds and lie down and chill for a bit every day. try things and see what works for you x
