You can make a peanut butter-cookie-cream cheese pie with a scoop or two of ice cream on top of it. Although, I am not sure where the celery will fit in...? Perhaps spray it with some sugar and you got an appetizer while you wait for your pie to be cooked.

If you are in the mood for something healthy dip the celery (it has no nutritional value, but you burn calories when you eat it) in cream cheese and peanut butter. If you want something not healthy crush up the cookies and mix them with ice cream.

if u have raisins u can make ants on a log but if not, i would go for peanutbutter on cookies and smash them up and put it into the ice cream and have a piece of bread w/ cream cheese
