what kind of problem. well try reinstalling it or if you have a firewall, change the settings so the game can connect with the internet. if this doesnt help, i suggest you call tech support

hi i would love to help you with this problem your haveing but how about a lil bit more info ie, whats the error message say and what sort of box is it also what game
if it is all games i would check that you have all the latest drivers installed for your graphics card and audio drivers
