It depends on why you aren't having your periods. Are you dieting and exercising excessively? That would cause you're periods to stop and, no, you wouldn't get pregnant because you wouldn't be ovulating PROBABLY. However, you should really go and check it out with a doctor. Not having your period can be serious.

Yes, if your body still ovulates you can get pregnant. Birth control sometimes stops your periods but you still ovulate and therefoe thats how you get pregnant. It is possible, take a test to check

It's not a silly question, and yes, you need to have a full cycle in order to conceive. If you are young and not menstruating, you may be underweight, have a thyroid problem, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cysts, etc. Breast feeding or lactating also interrupts cycles. I'd get a medical exam if I were you.

YES you can get pregnant. You have it backwards too -- that is, you ovulate BEFORE you have your period so you never know when you may be ovulating.

Yes I did and so did my sister.I don't no about the egg dropping thing I just no that I got pregnant.Maybe you have some leftovers from before.
