Hopefully you have a mother figure. Talk to her. It's weird I know, but she'll be there for you. It will last 5 to 7 days, and use a panty liner.

First you should maybe talk to your mom, if you cannot for other reasons, maybe you could talk to a doctor. It isnt anything to be afraid of, most periods only last about 3-5 days, and start off light, get heavy, and then end light. Use pads first. Do not try to use tampons unless you understand how to use them. They come with instructions inside the box. Keep track of when you get it on your calander so that you are prepared around the same time next month.

They usually last 5-7 days. Get some maxi pads and just wear those for now. Change them every 2-3 hours if it is really heavy. Don't try tampons yet wait till you've had your period for a couple of months. Take some midol or tylenol for the cramps if you have them.

But anyway, it will last 4-5 days, you won't die, and you can buy pads or tampons to keep the blood from being messy,
It will come again in about 30 days. And it is a constant reminder that you are fertile and could get pregnant if you have sex in the future

Try to relax. They last on average about 5-7 days. You can use heat and Midol to releive any cramping, which is normal. You can use a variety of products such as tampons or pads, pads will probably be best for your age. Other than that all you can do really is ride it out, we all have to deal with them. get some pads or tampon and it should last the longest a week but if this is ur first it will probably last 2 - 3 days at the most

I got mine at the age 11. It will last a week about or maybe a little longer but just talk to your mother no matter how embarrased u r!

don't worry they only last about 5 days. Don't you have a mom or a woman in your house you can talk too? if you don't have a pad@ your house then stick a wad of toilet paper in.
