One major problem could be that they aren't having sex during her ovulation window when she can conceive.

Best thing is for the woman to track her period accurately and get an ovlulation kit to find out when it's time to get busy. Plus they should keep in mind that TTC takes time and to be patient. If she just got off certain types of BC it can take up to a year to get pregnat.

Good Luck.

P.S. Tell them not to stress and try missionary position and to lay on her back for at least 30 mins after he's ejaculated with hip elevated a lil to aid in conception.

Are they charting and monitoring her BBT, cervical mucus and cervical position. Are they sure that she is ovulating and his sperm is good? A very high percentage of couples who have trouble conceiving are unexplained. I had a number of small issues, but still no real reason to figure out why I never carried a pregnancy.

Are they seeing a REproductive Endrocrinologist? If not, that owuld be teh next step, (if they are already charting and timeing sex accordingly). From there, teh specialist may suggest IUI (interuterine insemination) or IVF (invitri fertalization).

Soem times it is all in the timing, sometimes therea re problems that are hard to find and soemtimes they never figure things out!

I wisht them luck and if they are not charting, have them contact me and I can set her up with some informaiton, charts, etc..
