Depending on the state its considered statuatory rape. And yes. You are mentally at a different place. While the 19 is in college or out of high school. The 16 year old still has the high school mentality.

not at all....Just don't do anything illegal...and 16 is the age of consent anyway....I knew a couple that were 20 years apart...I think it is normal

Exactly what are u asking? if u dont give us enough detail then we cant answer as well. I think a 3 year difference is not that bad. my parents are 4 years apart.
