As far as I know, the newest one for the PS2 is DDR Supernova, which is a lot more "americanized" than previous versions. It depends on what console you have though. If you're willing to wait a few weeks DDR Universe is coming out for the XBOX 360, and that will be the newest since Supernova.

For XBox, Dance Dance Revolution 3 is the latest.
