"Phonetics": the study of speech sounds, such as vowels (front, central, back) and consonants (affricates, fricatives, alveopalatals, etc.), which differ from one language to the other. Broadly speaking, it is concerned with the description of phonemes.
"Phonology": describes distinctive sound units of a language. For example, "bit" and "beet" differ from each other by only one phoneme. Phonology also investigates intonation patterns, which are also related to meaning. For example, saying "yes" with a falling intonation has one meaning; with a rising intonation, it means something else. Broadly speaking, phonology is concerned with the study of pronunciation, that is, people from different parts of the country have different accents.

That's much too long a question. In brief, phonetics is the study of the sounds humans can make. Phonology is the study of how those sounds are used in language. For example, phonetics tells use that the "h" sound can be produced with 3 degrees of aspiration- air blown out. Phonology tells us that that is important in Korean, where the difference in the aspiration makes it into a completely different word, but not important in English, where it never distinguishes two words from each other.

Mainly word building for reading and segmentation for spelling, basically. Phonics or phonetics are the individual sounds contained within words, eg 4 sounds in bread = b r e d. Phonology is the study of sounds.

a phoneme is the smallest unit of sound, used to build up a word. A phoneme can be made up of one to four letters, e.g. a in apple, ch in chalk, ough in cough etc.
People need to know how all of these sounds can be made in order to learn to read and spell.
Phonics alone is not enough to learn to read, children will have to learn some words by sight as they do not sound correct when built up phonetically.
