I need to print up to 100-200 custom envelopes at a time. I'm using labels, but I think they look a little clunky. I'd love to print directly onto my nice envelopes. I can't find a printer at a reasonable home-pc price which even is a maybe. They all have the instructions in the books, but none of them will actually FEED even a small stack, from what I can read and learn. If anyone can suggest from experience a solution that actually works, I would be deeply in your debt. Thanks

I've used both an Epson C86 Stylus and the HP Deskjet D4160 to print my Christmas card envelopes. I never loaded more than about 30 envelopes at a time into the printer though. Between the two, I prefer the HP model. My Epson didn't last very long (started with the C82 and when it broke, did send me the C86, even though it was outside of the warranty period...guess they had that going but the C86 died within two years).
