Act like an adult. Be mature. Being hot wouldn't hurt. And if an older woman likes you, she will have the confidence to let you know.

I am unsure how old we are talking about but I would think any woman with some maturity like a man with that as well. I think woman look for someone that is stable in life with their choices and is confident as well. I am 31 and I do not consider myself over the hill..lol..but I do not consider myself to be a spring chicken either..lol but I think that looks and a personality is a plus as well!
