If so what do you like/dislike about this season...and have you heard that they will not be filming a 3 season?

I am a late comer to Rome, my cable provider provides on demand service and on a whim I watched one ep and then proceeded to watch the entire first season over 1 week. So needless to say I was fortunate that I caught on so late as I didn't have wait the year or so to slake my thrist for more Rome. This season has been just as dramatic as the last if not more so. It kills me however to hear that it has been cancelled.

They will not be filming a 3rd season, this is the final season. The viewership wasn't high enough to support the production costs so HBO has cancelled it.

Yes. I really do like that show. It has a great cast of actors. And the scriptwriting is compelling to say the least. Too bad it won't have another season.
There is a lot of sex and violence which turns some people off. It is which is actually authentic to the times.

Thanks for reminding me, I missed last week and need to watch it, ..... Yeah, it kind of stinks that this is the last season, looks like it might have some strange plot lines, though
