Ok, assuming the ECM is the same, you will still need a new harness. The difference in the 2 engines is an extra pair of cylinders and injectors the car may not be wired for. The difference in engine size is made up by bigger injectors? I don't think "tech1" has ever worked on either engine.

You dont need a harness to install a 350! I have done this in a early 90model you dont have to buy a harness or a conversion kit or anything like that!! Good Luck and yes the ecm will work

It all depends on the year of your vehicle, if OBD II equiped, the PCM will be the same number, but they need to be programmed with a Tech 2 scanner. If an older make, it still could be the same, but the difference would be the Prom, a chip inside the PCM that has to be swapped to a new computer when changeing. Suggest get the VIN number on your car and call a dealer to have them run the VIN for the proper computer you need. ps, and yes, the injestors will be differnt also.
