Outlet stores are the best! If there are none near you I would try TJ Maxx (shopping there takes some effort, but you can find really good brands for cheap), dElias sale, forever21, charlotte russe, thrift stores for dresses (tend to be in better condition) and marshalls for shoes. Good luck!

See if there is a Discovery Clothing store by you. The tops are like 5-12 dollars and jeans are 16-19.99!!!
I think they are only in IL and IN though...

If ur a teen (like me), hollister has cheaps clothes, their name brands too!!! If your not looking for name brands go to any local store!! (wal-mart or anywhere) But i go to Hollister, i bought this cute denimn skirt and it was only $15, when ver i wear i always remember that hollister have cute stuff and they are cheap, so if your looking for a bargain and ur a teen go to hollister, but if you go to abercrombie, their clearence section is cheap, so go to one of those in the mall and you will have a million cute outfuts and money to spare!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you go to other stores, then you will find cute stuff, not that cute as mall clothes, but they are not name brands, so thats why i recommend one of those stores to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good luk with your bargain!

I've never shoped there, but I hear GoodWill has brand name clothing & it's cheap. Maybe I shoud shop there since I'm an unemployed teen....

Target maybe... or walmart actually has some cute clothes. But definetly try rue21!! Very cheap, cute, and inexpensive.. wait that's cheap... o well.

i agree with what someone previously stated. Target really has cute clothes and its great quality materials. this is coming from someone who wears alot alot of extremely over priced clothing.
