My opion is Shaq's Laker:
Here my reasons:
There is no one to stop Shaq. Shaq in his championship years dominated, & crushed The Twin Towers( Duncan & Robinson). So if The Twin Towers couldn't stop Shaq, I know McHale & Perish wouldn't stand a chance(Twin Towers or McHale & Perish? I'd say Twin Towers easily!). Then the Celtics couldn't stop high flying type of players, they'll just stop their team(MJ 63 points, Wilkins classic battles with Bird, Dr. J. classic battles with Bird), so with the Lakers having Kobe that's an high flyer that could shoot good from outside, the Celtics would have their hands full. Then if the games got close near the end of games the Lakers had arguably the best clutch shooters of all-time Robert Horry. The Lakers also had other 3 point shooters & other clutch shooters(D. Fisher, R. Fox, G. Rice, & R. Harper). The Lakers also had arguably the best coach in history, Phil Jackson...and the Lakers were more dominate(3-Peat). The Celtics never even 2-Peated!

I'm not sure what your point is, but if you compare the Celtics with the Lakers history of championships, the Celtics would win. Some history for you, check out what happened when the Laker had Chamberlain and the Celtics had Bill Russell. Quick answer. Celtics won the championship.

I think your facts are a little off. Clutch shooter, come on son Larry Bird told you what he was going to do and then did it. And you must be young because who would stop McHale the man had 1001 moves around the basket. Ainge, Johnson, Jerry Schting..phhht son you don't know about shooting. Also as far as your assertion about the Lakers dominance, the league was a hell of a lot tougher in the 80's then it is now. Kobe would have cried like a baby when the Celtics D'ed him up. And I say it again you must be young because David Stern has been changing the rules for years to make it easier for scorers to score. You see youngster more points means higher ratings. The finals with the lowest ratings where those with grind it out series.

WFT? The Lakers will not beat the Celtics. Are you kidding me? The Lakers didn't beat the Pistons. they wouldn't beat the Bulls, 80's Pistons, 80's Lakers. Teams back then played TOUGH DEFENSE. That means NO MERCY. Plus Shaq would get in foul trouble and Kobe will hogged the ball so much they will Lose. The Celtics are smart, waaYyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy smarter than the Lakers. And they are UNSELFISH. They don't fuss about people being Fat and all that crap.

Those same Lakers couldn't beat Larry Brown's Pistons, who had no big star names, while Bird's Celtics had to contend with Magic and Kareem for much of their era.
