Hey good question!! It's not often enough that someone brings up Stanley "Steamer" Morgan!
As for the question, Morgan was waaayyyyy faster than Brown. Brown was good and quick. Morgan, however, is on the short list of fastest receivers to ever play the game: Wesley Walker, Roy Green, Irving Fryar, Stanley Morgan, Mark Duper, Joey Galloway, Bob Hayes, James Lofton, Randy Moss
