go for a quick walk to the breakroom, out to the mailbox, or whatever you can to just get away for a brief moment or two.
a rotten boss was what motivated me to start smoking a few years ago. why? stress relief and a reason to get outside and away from her!!!!
now thankfully I have an awesome boss that lets me do my thing without interruption. and I've quit smoking too!
