yes, nothing against the kids of course but if the whole cookie selling thing was with adults it would have all the classic earmarks of a pyramid scheme. only to me it's worse because it teaches children to compete for no other reason than making more money for someone else. it's should be called the future real estate agents of america!

Yes. I was in Campfire (which was similar but for boys and girls) but I used to go with my friends sometimes to their Girl scouts meetings. It was so idiotic. They were talking about the senses, which I had learned in school two years before. I couldn't believe it. At least in Campfire we would do interesting activities and learn self-defense, things like that.
