Swim bladder disorder is caused by either over feeding or not having a varied diet. Try switching between flake food and live or frozen foods. It won't kill your fish but it does cause stress which may cause your fish to get diseases. If you have a seperate nursing tank it would be in your best interest to move the little guy there and fast him for about 3 days to let his digestive system clean itself out. After the 3 days feed it a cooked and deskinned green pea. You can also get some Daphnia from your fish shop as they work as a natural laxative.

He has a air bladder problem and I don't know of a thing to do for it. I had an Oscar that got it and as he grew it got worse and I finally just put him in the freezer, a gentle way to dispose of a fish. They just get cold and go to sleep.

My fish does that whenever his bowl is dirty. I take out only three-fourths of his old water and dump it out whenever I clean the bowl because I've heard it's bad to completely change the water. A couple of my fish died even after I cleaned the bowl, so I really don't know for sure why yours is doing this, but this is the only reason I can think of.
