Lots of mall and specialty shopping. Go to Dessert Passage or the Forum Shops. It's fun to walk around and watch the people too!
There is lot's to do....go downtown and see the Fremont Street Experience....the overhead is a free show and worth watching.
See shows, there are some that are expensive and some that are reasonably priced.
Off the strip there are plays being done by one of the local high schools performing arts department. Miss Siagon. I hear it is suppose to be good!
Ethel M Chocolate Factory does tours and the have a really nice desert garden.
In Henderson there is also The District, lots of shopping and dining. They usually have musicians that perform on the grounds and lots of people gather. It's fun.
You can go to Mt. Charleston and snowboard, ski or just play in the snow....... don't know where you are coming from .....you may want to get away from snow!?
You can go see a movie in any town you visit...so try something that you can't normally do.
Have fun.

My grandparents used to live in Vegas so as kids my family would take us to do a lot of other things. There are a bunch of factories outside of town such as the Oceanspray factory, marshmellow factory, and a great chocolate factory out towards Henderson I believe. You can also go to the Hoover Dam or in the winter there may be some snow up on Mt. Charleston. If you don't mind driving out in the desert there may be some Native American Pow Wows and you can also visit the Valley of Fire. If you stay in town and can't get around easily go see a show or walk around in the Cesar's Palace mall.

My parents live there, so we go quite a bit. There are some good shows, and some of the hotels and casinos are just interesting to walk through and look at---even if you don't gamble. When we go, I leave my healthy diet at home and hit the buffets. The Rio has a wonderful buffet with all the lobster you can eat. A little pricey, but worth it.

Lots of shows. Cirque De Soleil (including the Beatles one), Magic shows (like Penn & Teller), Concerts (like Celine Dion and other more adult oriented acts that perform frequently). Every hotel has its own attractions. One includes an inside roller coaster. There is lots of variety so that you really don't have to gamble at all when you go there.

You can get married to a total stranger and wander off in the desert in a booze-induced stupor before waking up in a cheap motel with no cash and gonorrhea.
