i had an ectopic lastyear in july we havent tryed again yet as hes in the army but he will be home in may and we will try i didnt lose a tube it was repaired but i always feel like ill never get a baby now i get so depressed and i wonder if i cant have kids wouldthey give me clomid can you use them if youve had an ectopic?ive laso considered using herbal medicines for fertility from shops is this safe do you think?i just want to get preggo so bad

Don't know what Clomid is but I had an ectopic pregnancy in Sept 2005 and lost part of my right tube. I fell pregnant again April 2006 and and now have a beautiful healthy daughter with no help from medical people whatsoever. When my husband and I felt ready we just started trying again and I fell pregnant after just a couple of months. All is not lost so when you feel ready just go for it and start bonking! I was quite nervous about trying again so I spoke to my GP first to help reassure me. If they know you had ectopic before then they know to look out for it next time and can catch it before te pregnancy goes too far along and causes too much damage. Good luck :)

I had an etopic pregnancy in 98 - after a year of trying, was put on clomid.
so yes, they can put you on clomid - if you are regular, you may not need it. it will mess with your hormones.
It has been several years later, and I got pregnant without it. (different spouse). Don't get down. I know 3 very close friends beside myself who all had etopics and all 3 have two beautiful children. 1 lady lost her tube.
An etopic has nothing to do with fertility. Be positive and relax and enjoy your husband's time home.
