Anyone with average or above intelligence who is capable of differentiating between right and wrong theoretically is responsible of his or her life-altering decisions, having the potential to live a rewarding and moral life. However, there are extenuating negative circumstances including: having been exposed to peer pressure to engage in illegal activities; having developed antisocial mindsets resulting from abusive childhoods; having spent periods in foster care due to having been from broken homes; having had parents who were negligent, unloving, unsupportive, or who failed to teach their children a morality system. Additionally, there is apparently a situation in which a male child may inherent an extra Y chromosome which seems to predispose him to antisocial or criminal behavior. It seems a person's life fulfillment is may be dependent both upon heredity and environment, or ultimately upon the intelligent individual's propensity to make positive decisions...

People choose the path they want to take. For example: If you were lost in the woods and two paths were left to walk on, and you had to pick one; Either Right or Wrong; it is the persons choice to pick which road to go on. You make your own decisions.
