everytime i see something that deals with egypt i always a white person or white person with a tan. people egypt is in Africa which mean the king and queens were BLACK!!! the people were Black!!! stop trying to change history. these movies and shows are not helping. just a white person looks good in the outfits, i believe its disrespectful. so why no director made a movie about the real egypt

The Egyptians are Hamites and as such they are gingerbread colour. There are indeed black Egyptians and they are the Nubians. Having said this, film makers make an entire nonsense of all this.

One word: racism.
More words: The Middle East and Near East are Western civilization's culture belt. No white racist wants to believe that the creators and purveyors of the Culture Belt weren't white!
In fact, I've heard that the reason most Egyptian statuary is missing their noses is because white folks (perhaps explorers and archaeologists) broke of those ******* noses, getting rid of the proof of the blackness (or brownness) of the Culture Belt!
On the other hand, there are degrees of blackness, just like there are degrees of whiteness in Europe. Just like the Italians aren't as "white" as the Finns, perhaps the Egyptians aren't as "black" as, say, the Kenyans.

well, whether they want to be white or not, it does not matter. Egyptians come in all colors. Might I add that light skin Egyptians tend to be very ugly. Not kidding! I went to a wedding a while back and the Egyptians that were there looked like nasty inbreds.

And to Ashli L - Jesus was Jewish born in Israel. The people in that country are of tan complexion. By today's standards, people of Arab or Middle-Eastern descent are considered Caucasian.

For most of Egypts history, it has been occupied by Greeks, Romans, Arabs, Hebrews, Turks, Brits and French...
Just cuz its in africa.. doesnt mean Egypt was ALL black.. Upper Egypt has a lot of Black people..

Oh dear, you have been exposed to black afrocentric lies. The people of North Africa are caucasian in origin. There is significant arab admixture. Scientific analysis of Egyptians show them to be of a tan to light brown color with caucasian features. They were certainly not black. Their own artwork shows them as fairly light, especially when compared to their depictions of the dark Nubians to the south.

ha i agree with you i be seeing jesus as a white man no one knows what color jesus was yet he's always white anything far back in history was white...which is not true
