JFK Jr. I would have gotten along with that hunk better than his wife seemed to. He was the closest thing america ever got to a prince!
Artsy men are always interesting, but often times not always mentally stable (Van Gogh cut off his ear, c'mon) and people like shakespear are sometimes rumored to be gay. I'm not saying I believe it or not, I'm just throwing it out there.
Da Vinci though must have been sane and very cool but probably too busy for a stable relationship.
I think Hans Christian Anderson must have been the sweetest most caring man to have written all he did.
And I would also want to marry one of the brother's grimm (which ever one was hotter lol).

If I were a woman I wouldn't want a great man, because they would be more difficult to control and manipulate. Also if he were important and you truly wanted love, he simply would not have time for you.

Oh, wow. Tough one. I want someone intelligent, loving, decent, powerful, and someone I could be proud of.
I've got it. Peter the Great. He wasn't afraid of powerful women. Okay, so he killed his son. That was from his first wife!!
