the wheel between the left and right mouse buttons..........scroll it forward and back while holding down the CTRL key. medium is the default

or

click view > text size > click the size you want

Microsoft also lets you adjust the way information is displayed on your browser and e-mail.

Internet Explorer lets you select the fonts, sizes, and colors of fonts displayed on most web pages.

Under the View menu, select Options.
Click the General tab and choose the Font button, change the setting by using one of the pull down menus, then click OK.
Some web pages use predetermined fonts and colors - these will not be affected by your settings.

go to the view tab then select- text size

in addition to what ^ said. you can hit
"ctrl +"
OR
"ctrl -"
OR
"ctrl 0"

ctrl 0 sets it back to default, + increases the size and minus......
