Sounds like you were expelled. I'm sorry to hear that.
You have a couple of options.
CHANGE DISTRICTS--you can try to get into another district. This may involve changing your mailing address. It's extreme, but at the same time your education is important.
In most states no other school has to take you until 180 days have passed. But, they can if they choose to. So, you can have your parent make an appointment to speak to the principal or superintendant of the district, and try to plead your case. If you get an appointment, dress neatly and conservatively. Bring samples of your attendance and work (hopefully both are good). Behave like the perfect person--express remorse for your actions, and a commitment to behaving well.
CHARTER SCHOOLS--If you have a charter school in your community, they fall under the same laws as other districts, but you don't have to change your mailing address to attend because they can take students from anywhere. Use the same proceedure of making and appointment with the principal of the school.
COLLEGE--You didn't say how old you are, but if you're in high school, there's a good chance your high school takes community college credits as transfer credits. You could apply for and take these classes and then transfer them to your high school. If your school doesn't take them, you can apply them to college when you graduate.
ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL--There's a chance the alternative school in your district takes people in your situation. You may want to call and ask.
JOB CORPS--This is a pretty radical solution. It's a way to get job skills and a diploma. It's for people ages 16-24, and you'd have to live on site. But, it is free, and it is a way to get an education.
If you cannot go to school, please don't waste this time. Use it to brush up on your skills, do a project or research something you're really interested in. I wish you the best of luck!

Do an appeal to your school district, it will be like a lil hearing between you, your parents saying why you should stay vs Your principal or assistant principal saying why they want you gone. i have been throu this process 2 times, i have only won once. There isnt anything legal you can do unless they are being unfair to you.

Next time, let the teacher win. You might talk to someone about an alternative school.

I think the best way to start is to see if you can set up a meeting with your school....you need to apoligize to them and let them know how important it is to you to return.....maybe you will be able to make a deal.
