IMHO, none, domestic should always come first.

Unfortunately, we are forced into this responsibility.
We pretty much allowed the terrorists to slaughter thousands of innocent people with impunity with no real effective response forth coming. This inaction on our part finally culminated in the events of 9/11.
Domestic policies are important, but they will be moot if we don't first have security.

Seems more is being done to promote world chaos than world peace. Bush said in his last press conference "Money trumps Peace."

If it threatens the US, we go after it and take it down, that's how we keep domestic safe.

Until the Bush administration places us into insurmountable debt that another Clinton (or Gore) administration cannot resolve.
