When was the United States created? I would think that it was President John Tyler (born 29 03 1790 died 18 01 1862). Vice -President 1840 to 1841, President 1841 to 1845. But then I'm not from around these parts.

If you define the United States begining with the Declaration of Independence it is Martin VanBuren born Dec 5, 1782. If you mean the first after the ratification of the Constitution it would be John Tyler born Mar 29, 1790
