I'm not sure if you're looking for some that would be appropriate, or those that are already being taught. Scholastic.com has lists of books for various purposes. Here are just a few:

Anything by Patricia Polacco (picture books, but at a harder reading level)

Honestly, I am not sure. Hopefully diversity appreciation starts much earlier than grade 4 or 5.
