Why is everyone making a big deal about Carlos Mencia stealing jokes from other comedians, Movies are ripoffs?

of books, a lot of music artists are ripoffs of other artists. So what is the big deal? Why are they making such a big deal about a comedian stealing jokes? It is all in how you deliver the punch line anyway and he does it better than a lot of comedians.

It's the lack of his own material that is the problem.

Look people are ripped off in books etc. because they are using copyrights in a constitutionally protected way (ie parody etc.). Its different when somebody uses the same material and touts it as their own original work. (ie what mencia is doing). Its just sickening that somebody with his own TV show needs to steal jokes from struggling comedians.

Dane Cook and Robin Williams are also known for doing this. Why make a big deal out of it? Gee, you think it might have something to do with making a career as a thief of other's creativity? You'd make a big deal out of it too if someone took your work and made it theirs so you could not rightfully claim it as your own work. Don't be such a simple minded oaf.

properly didnt u see joe rogans video on youtube? i think of it grew to become into quite obvious that he DOES scouse borrow jokes if even george lopez, & his very own acquaintances "something lee" say he's! stupid NED! i agree nonetheless thats tousled he's getting each and all of the attractiveness for some1 elses paintings. exceedingly wen hes making a killing off his jokes of ways hes a mexican and us mexicans are like this & blah blah....btw hes in trouble-free terms a million/2 mexican!
