there arent many hosts out there that allow people to use there storage for websites. thats probably why everyone uses myspace. . .
yahoo has a site builder which can help you make your own website. or you can pick up an html book and teach yourself. its not that hard to learn html and it teaches you enough to get the basics....displaying pics and text, maybe have some music playing in the background, etc, etc.
but you should expect to pay ~$15 a month for these services.

go to angelfire.com. you can get a free domain there and they have lots of tools to help you create your website. of course, because it is free your website will be www.nameofwebsite.angelfire.com. but if you dont want the angelfire part on there, you gotta pay. but they got some cheap packages. good luck!

Find a host, like Piczo, Freewebs, or something and use that.
You won't get your own domain, but it's better than nothing!
Google something. You'll find tons of them!

One of the easiest places to go is:

http://www.pisczo.com
http://members.freewebs.com/

Both are free and very good to start to learn a sound use of Html.
