Well, if they didn't say anything about it first, then I'd advise you not to say anything. If you do, it makes it sound like you want to start something, whether everybody knows you hate them or not. But if they did happen to say something, I would just steer clear of them. It's obvious they want to make trouble with you, so you'd be more drama-free if you just let it go. There's really no best way to say something like that. If they keep bothering you, you'll get angry enough that the perfect thing will come out of your mouth, nice or not, and it'll be exactly what you'd been meaning to say all along. :) <3

If this is about the opposite sex... this is what I suggest:
Be honest with him. Tell him that you just see him as a friend and you just don't feel the same. Tell him he is a nice guy and bring his self-esteem up and say that there will be someone else who likes him for who he is. (Kinda even out the "rejection.") You just don't feel the same way.

The first answer is correct for sure. Or you can ignore them...which is pretty immature.
Just let them know they aren't your type...or you aren't interested.

i don't tell someone, i show it.. i'm a physical person, idk about you, but try not to speak to them, kinda close yourself around them if u get what im saying. (be distant with them) and when they ask what's wrong, say 'i'm sorry, but you're just not my favorite person, i really don't want to offend you, if i am, i'm sorry.' yea, that's goes down kinda hard, but it works like a charm. (for me..) hopefully for you too.
