palm to write and receive email worldwide?

Hello,
Is there a palm or something similar device to compose and receive email from worldwide?

Just the palm and email capability. I am not asking for the blackberry, which also has the cellphone function.

No you need the cell function to connect to the internet so you can retrieve your e-mail.
