A daily application of good body lotion containing Vitamin E.....and once a week try coconut oil, massage into your body and leave on for about 10 minutes before getting into a warm bath....really moisturises your skin and it's cheap!!

There are no hard and fast answers to this. Keep your tummy, thighs (I know this sounds weird but they are also at risk) and breasts moisturised. There are lots of products but none guarantee to work. You can use vaseline or a more expensive product, they both do the same job, keep your skin flexible. You could be lucky and keep them at bay but it depends on your skin type more than anything. A sensible diet, making sure you include the right balance for the baby and keeping your weight down will stop you gaining too much weight and this will stop your skin stretching too much and should help stop stretch marks. There are no guarantees, good luck.

You can use a number of products to help avoid stretch marks
But ask any man they don't even notice them if you do have stretch marks
Think of them as your Badge of Honour for giving life to your precious children
and think which is the most important a few stretch marks or your children

I've had four kids and used baby oil each time, I have one tiny stretch mark on my inner thigh, it worked well for me. After showering rub the oil all over your body then pat yourself dry.

I used Vaseline Intensive Care moisturising cream and my friend used coconut butter. Neither of us had any stretch marks at all.

i got plagued my evil stretch marks when i was pregnant but ive started using nivea q10 firming and toning lotion on them and my god! it works miracles!
im guessing that if its good for getting rid of them once you have them it must be awesome at keeping them at bay!
